Helpful Hints

No one plans on getting into an accident, but here is some information that can ideally help make the process go as smooth as possible!

FAQ's

"I just got into an accident, what to do I do?"

If you are going through insurance, contact your insurance company and get the process started on them writing their initial estimate, then send it over to us. If you're not going through insurance, send us a message at (407) 598-8669 with your name, photos of the damage, and the VIN to the vehicle for a free estimate! Or come in any week day between 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm.

"Are you a direct repair facility for insurance?"

We are not. What this means is that we are happy to help repair your vehicle as if it were one of our own - however - our rates and labor times differ from that of insurance and there will be an out-of-pocket cost when working with us. Insurance writes to get it done quickly and cheaply - but we write it to get it done right!

"I'm going through insurance; how much would the out-of-pocket cost be?"

Exact costs vary by job. We are willing to supplement insurance to get as much covered as possible (parts missed, additional repair times, etc.), and we will provide you with an estimate before teardown and an updated estimate after teardown to ensure you approve of the costs throughout.

"Do you report to CarFax?"

We do not! (Insurance companies do, however; so keep this in mind!)

"What kind of collision work does your shop do?"

We are equipped to repair mild to medium collision work. We are unfortunately not able to repair any hard hits at this time.

"Insurance wrote aftermarket and/or used parts, but I want only OEM - what do I do?"

Unfortunately, if the policy allows for aftermarket or used parts to be written, insurance will not cover OEM due to personal preference. We will always put on the parts that YOU want, there would just be an additional out-of-pocket cost for the price difference between the two.

Common Pricing Questions

"What do you charge for estimates?"

Our estimates are free!

"How much to paint my calipers?"

Our caliper pricing is typically $1200-$1500; closer to $1200 for just color & closer to $1500 if stencils are also wanted. (This pricing is for calipers on the vehicle*)

"How much to repaint my vehicle?"

It depends on the size of the vehicle, but our all over paint jobs start at around $9k and go up from there (depending on damages, color, how in depth you're wanting to go [door jambs, engine bay, etc.], and if color change is wanted.)
